COPD conference first held in 1998 as there was no dedicated educational meeting focusing on all aspects of COPD basic science and clinical care where key opinion leaders from both industry and academia could meet to discuss best practice, new advances and future visions.
The conference series has grown in popularity since this time with biennial events held in very high regard by both key opinion leaders and delegates.
