The “PORTRAITS – Breath Recoding” CME conference drew attention to a novel approach in the management of lung disease, focusing on the physiopathology of “treatable traits”. The thinking behind this approach is to use strategic tools to explore the future of chronic lung disease management by looking ahead towards new perspectives, data and evidence from recent studies and real-life experiences. The central themes here are PRE-COPD2, COPD, ILD3 and Bronchiectasis.
To provide up-to-date information on the daily practice of pulmonologists, respiratory scientists and allied health professionals, in order to improve their knowledgebase, and, ultimately, to improve the overall quality of patient care. The information disseminated during the webinar should introduce the basic concepts and established techniques rather than scientific work in progress.

Participants contribute new MCQs prior to the event, after followings MCQs writing training protocols and guidelines.

Participants will learn which diagnostic procedures should be applied based on given clinical circumstances and will receive updates on specific diseases and treatment. This interactive course includes round table discussions from the faculty panel in Mainz, Germany.
This course is aimed at paediatricians and pulmonologists who want to develop their skills in diagnostic and therapeutic paediatric bronchoscopy. The course is devoted to hands-on workshops and to teaching the theoretical aspects of bronchoscopy. The participants will have the opportunity to practice live bronchoscopy on anaesthetised animals in an operating room.

ERS Satellites is part of a new initiative designed to deliver free, cutting-edge education using live-streaming technology, to share knowledge with a high number of respiratory professionals without incurring unnecessary costs associated with travel and accommodation.

Onsite and online participants will have access to over forty experts in the field and be able to interact with peers from all over the world and participate in interactive sessions, hands-on practical skills workshops and presentations of original research and case reports. The conference programme has been developed around two main tracks : acute and chronic respiratory failure.
This course is aimed at qualified medical doctors/pulmonologists with previous experience in performing regular bronchoscopies, who want to further train in diagnostic and therapeutic interventional pulmonology. The course is devoted to hands-on workshops and theoretical teaching of different interventional procedures in accordance with international requirements.
