Pneumo Update Europe 2022 is a congress where physicians will receive a complete update in Pneumology within 2 days. The most relevant clinical papers of the last year are reviewed. and put into perspective. There are many opportunities for interaction: Speaker’s Corners, open discussion during the lectures on-site and via live-chat live voting.
Following the success of previous courses and activities in the field, we have decided to bring them all together and are pleased to welcome the second ERS Respiratory Failure and Mechanical Ventilation Conference. Onsite and online participants will have access to over forty experts in the field and be able to interact with peers from all over the world and participate in interactive sessions, hands-on practical skills workshops and presentations of original research and case reports.
This congress aims to present the most recent scientific and technological innovations aimed at modifying clinical activity in respiratory medicine and to increase the ability to identify patients with severe asthma among pulmonologists and allergologists in order to then be able to address the patient to the most appropriate personalized therapy..
The 45th annual conference of the European Cystic Fibrosis Society convenes delegates interested in issues related to cystic fibrosis to look at the disease and care from a holistic perspective. It addresses various issues surrounding the disease, including new treatments, microbiology, diagnosis, basic science research, psychosocial care, nutrition, exercise, among many others.
The key objective of this set of modules is to provide participants with different opinions regarding key issues in the field of respiratory medicine. Discussions between recognised experts will be recorded and made available in video format for the participants. Each module will be based on a specific topic or a case presentation.
Accepted and presented during the ERS Congress abstracts will be published in a supplement of the online version of the European Respiratory Journal Authors of highly clinically relevant cases accepted and presented during the ERS Congress will be invited to submit their case to Breathe journal for publication.
This online course will provide an overview of polysomnography, the limitations and strengths of these tests and their interpretation for the diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnoea syndrome (OSAS) in children. Participants will learn about the indications for polysomnography and how to optimise the diagnostic approach for children with suspected OSAS so that they can be treated in a timely manner to prevent short and long-term adverse health effects.
