The objective of this course is to transmit knowledge and skills for the management of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB), including the use of a 9-month short treatment regimen. The course will also introduce elements concerning the management of Ultra-Resistant Tuberculosis (XDR-TB). It has pre-course online, classroom and field components.The International Course is consisting of interactive in-class presentations, discussions and practical exercises and a field visit in Douala.
